  • Support and conduct maintenance of POS, inventory management, accounting systems, security camera systems, etc. in stores, offices, warehouses, etc. (On-site support and nighttime work required depending on the situation)

  • Support and conduct maintenance of hardware and network for stores, offices and warehouses (On-site support and nighttime work required depending on the situation)

  • Manage open ticket using ticket system

  • Support IT related projects (Planning to replace the current POS system and implement new CRM system in Feb 2024)

  • Escalate to external vendors and global members

  • Support POP-UP events and other events (On-site basis, depending on the situation)

  • Coordinate and cooperate with other departments within the company

  • Analysis and execution to improve IT services

  • Manage AD account and company email address

  • Create and update IT related manuals

  • Conduct and support IT Training for Valextra Japan employees

  • Other IT related duties

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experiences in the retail industry

  • Experiences in in-house IT or help desk

  • Business-level Japanese & daily conversation/literacy-level English
