【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
We are looking for both junior and senior staff members, so some responsibilities might change depending on the skills of the candidate.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Manage communication business stakeholders (internal and external) and requirement definition
- Examination and design of implementation method on company's Salesforce.com platform
- Cooperate with implementation engineers and review processes
- Hands-on implementation as necessary
【REQUIREMENTS】
- (For SENIOR-level candidate) Team lead experience (preferably having worked with Salesforce.com or other CRM developers before)
- Implementation experience using Salesforce.com features
- Customized development experience using Apex
- Salesforce object design skills
- Experience of using / linking external APIs
- Logical thinking ability
- Great communication skills
- English ability to communicate with internal team members
【GOOD TO HAVE】
- Previous IT consulting and/or negotiation skills or requirements definition experience
- Development experience using open development languages (Java and C#)
- Lightning Components development or front-end development experience
- Experience designing access control models at Salesforce.com
- Experience building or operating a team development process using Git / Github or CI tools
- Motivation to learn, be able to work with accountability, and have good problem solving skills
