Role Summary / ポジション概要

This position oversees a wide range of HR and administrative operations for the Japan office. Responsibilities include people operations, labor and attendance management, hiring support, office and vendor oversight, contract handling, onboarding/offboarding processes, payroll-related coordination, compliance matters, and general corporate administration.

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

  • Recruitment support: posting positions, coordinating with agencies, arranging interviews

  • Managing onboarding and separation procedures

  • HR documentation, contract preparation, employee data management

  • Monitoring attendance, leave, and system records

  • Liaising with external payroll provider

  • Handling social insurance and related filings

  • Assisting with updates to internal rules and compliance matters

  • Office operations: supplies, vendor dealings, facility coordination, invoice processing

  • Visa-related coordination with immigration specialists

  • Maintaining corporate registry documentation and contract archives

  • Supporting internal communications and employee engagement efforts

  • Providing assistance to the GM on HR and administrative initiatives

Requirements / 応募条件

  • 3–5+ years of HR or administrative experience in Japan

  • Working knowledge of Japanese employment regulations

  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English

  • Experience working with payroll vendors and social insurance filings

  • Background in vendor management and contract-related tasks

  • Able to work independently with a proactive, hands-on approach
