Position Overview
Lead the Human Resources function as a strategic partner bridging management and employees. Drive agile HR operations to support rapid growth and organizational transformation.
人事部門の責任者として、経営と現場をつなぐ戦略的人事を推進し、急成長と変化に対応するアジャイルな人事オペレーションを実行する役割です。
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute HR strategies aligned with company direction.
Optimize organizational structure and talent portfolio.
Lead initiatives for employee engagement and culture development.
Oversee all HR processes: recruitment, training, evaluation, compensation.
Collaborate closely with leadership to strengthen HR’s strategic impact.

Requirements
Experience supporting company growth from early to expansion stage, or leadership in HR/talent management at a large tech or fast-growing company.
Proven expertise in recruitment, talent development, and HR system design.
Leadership experience influencing at executive level.
University degree or equivalent.
Japanese fluency; English communication skills preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥10M – ¥18M (monthly base + bonuses).

Work Style
Full-flex time (no core hours), standard 8h/day.
Up to 8 remote workdays per month.
Business trips to major offices as needed.
