  • Manages the employee relations function by utilizing prior knowledge and experience in HR coaching and counseling for employee relations, conflict resolution and organizational development, seeing things through to resolution

  • Facilitates team workshops to drive team effectiveness and collaboration

  • Drives awareness and initiatives which support the Diversity and Inclusion agenda

  • Supports the onboarding process, addressing both immediate and longer-term employee needs

  • Supports performance management activities, employee development plan process, work with managers and employees on the performance management process.

  • Ensures uniform and equitable application of organizational policies and procedures including investigation and resolution of employee issues, if applicable.



  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in an independent HR position, preferably in a generalist function

  • Excellent written & verbal business English & Japanese
