Manages the employee relations function by utilizing prior knowledge and experience in HR coaching and counseling for employee relations, conflict resolution and organizational development, seeing things through to resolution
Facilitates team workshops to drive team effectiveness and collaboration
Drives awareness and initiatives which support the Diversity and Inclusion agenda
Supports the onboarding process, addressing both immediate and longer-term employee needs
Supports performance management activities, employee development plan process, work with managers and employees on the performance management process.
Ensures uniform and equitable application of organizational policies and procedures including investigation and resolution of employee issues, if applicable.
Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
Experience: 5+ years of experience in an independent HR position, preferably in a generalist function
Excellent written & verbal business English & Japanese
