Job Title: Network Infrastructure Engineer

Main Responsibilities
Design and build network systems utilizing the organization’s private fiber infrastructure.
Manage the migration of network systems for buildings and facilities within the premises.
Plan, design, and implement network connections for various devices, including POS systems and security cameras.
Redesign and optimize WAN environments in collaboration with external data centers and cloud platforms.
Handle troubleshooting and general maintenance operations related to network infrastructure.
Support the design and deployment of international WAN networks as part of a global connectivity platform with overseas counterparts.
Research emerging wireless technologies and evaluate long-term strategies for Wi-Fi demand and implementation.
Develop and establish network and computing environments for new projects and facilities using the latest technologies.
Operate and manage multi-homed internet connections using EBGP routing protocols.
Requirements
Languages:
Japanese: Native level
English: Business level
Must-Have Qualifications:
Proven experience in network system design and construction.
5 or more years of experience configuring and managing Cisco network equipment.
Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles.
Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Cisco switches and routers.
Experience with Cisco platforms across Wi-Fi, Security, Datacenter, and VoIP environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in designing and implementing L2/L3 network switches.
Background in campus networks, metro networks, ISPs, WAN, or data center infrastructure.
Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP.
