【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Overall management of technical service centers, office automation-related development, production scheduling, help desks, communication networks (voice and data), and computer systems operations and administration.

  • Plans and oversees the research, evaluation, and integration of new technology, capacity planning, training, and technical support.

  • Safeguards and ensure IT security - hardware and network components.

  • Overall accountable for IT Budget.

【Qualifications】

  • Degree/ Professional Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent

  • Staff management experience

  • Familiarity with business operations/business processes

  • Administrate and test a disaster recovery plan

  • Documentation for the production of Systems and Training Material

  • Thoroughly understand the internal structure and organization of customer solutions

  • Project management of strategic plans for future development

  • Minimum 5-7 year’s work experience in IT Support work under a multi-user environment
