【JOB OVERVIEW】
Provide IT helpdesk support to end users in Japan, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Deliver onsite support for network infrastructure and assist in resolving IT issues in collaboration with the global headquarters (GHQ) IT team. Serve as a liaison between the Japan office and global IT teams to ensure effective communication and successful project implementation. Investigate global IT incidents, determine root causes, and report insights to GHQ or APAC IT teams. Additionally, support digital marketing efforts by offering technical assistance for website management and marketing platforms.

また、オンサイトでのネットワークインフラのサポートや、GHQのITチームと連携したインシデント対応も行います。
日本オフィスとグローバルITチームとの橋渡し役として、円滑なコミュニケーションとプロジェクトの推進をサポート。
グローバルで発生したITインシデントの分析を行い、根本原因を特定した上で、GHQやAPACのITチームへ報告します。
さらに、Webサイト管理やマーケティングツールに関する技術サポートを通じて、デジタルマーケティング施策の推進にも貢献します。
グローバルITチーム(アメリカ・アジア・インド・ヨーロッパ)とのやり取りはすべて英語で行います。
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
IT Helpdesk Support
Deliver technical assistance and troubleshooting for end users in Japan, handling hardware, software, and user account issues. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT support and routine maintenance.
Onsite Network Infrastructure Support & Incident Management
Provide onsite support for network infrastructure in collaboration with the GHQ IT team. Assist in the deployment, maintenance, and management of network equipment and related infrastructure. Respond to global IT incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate findings to GHQ or APAC IT teams.
Liaison Between Japan and Global IT Teams
Serve as a communication bridge between the Japan office and global or regional IT teams. Translate technical issues and requirements between Japanese and English to facilitate smooth collaboration. Support the execution of global IT projects while aligning with local business needs.
Digital Marketing & Systems Support
Work closely with the digital marketing team to support website operations and campaign execution. Provide technical assistance for CRM platforms and marketing tools, while ensuring IT security and compliance standards are met.
Additional IT Responsibilities (5%)
Assist with IT asset tracking, procurement, and documentation. Offer user training and guidance on IT best practices. Contribute to other IT-related projects and tasks as needed.
