【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Support the company’s business leaders to achieve business growth objects by providing risk assessments and protecting from major legal, compliance and reputational risks
Cover one or more LoB and provide them with various legal and compliance support
Address business challenges by coordinating with local and global stakeholders
Provide support on various types of contracts
Lead and conduct investigations on compliance-related allegations and/or concerns
Process and implement the requirements of local regulations
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree required; law degree preferred
Lawyer qualification required; Japanese qualification preferred
Over 3 years of experience at a law firm and/or legal division in a company required; experience in healthcare industry preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Business level Japanese and English
Healthcare regulation/industry code knowledge, preferred

ローカルおよびグローバルのステークホルダーとの調整によるビジネス課題への対応
各種契約書のサポート
コンプライアンスに関連する疑惑や懸念に関する調査の主導と実施
ローカル規制の要求事項の処理と実施
【応募資格・条件】
学士号必須、法学部卒者優遇
弁護士資格必須、日本の弁護士資格保有者優遇
法律事務所や企業の法務部門での3年以上の経験必須、ヘルスケア業界での経験者優遇
口頭および書面による優れたコミュニケーション能力
ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語
ヘルスケア規制/業界コードの知識、優遇
