Responsibilities
Oversee domestic and international shipping operations
Coordinate communication with overseas offices and partners, primarily via email
Negotiate terms and services with courier companies
Manage and improve logistics processes, focusing on efficiency and lead time reduction
Take ownership of logistics management, including strategic planning and execution
Supervise and organize domestic sample collection activities (note: often scheduled after 4:00 PM)
Review and validate logistics-related invoices for accuracy
Required Qualifications
Possession of IATA Dangerous Goods (DG) certification, or willingness to obtain it within one year of employment
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum of 3 years of logistics experience in a multinational corporate environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Native-level proficiency in Japanese, with prior work experience in a Japan-based company
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in logistics within the life sciences or healthcare industry
Practical experience using English in professional settings, especially in communication with overseas entities
Proficiency in Chinese is a plus

国内における検体集荷の運営・調整（※16時以降の対応が発生する場合あり）
ロジスティクス関連の請求書の確認・精査
応募資格
必須条件：
IATA危険物取扱資格（DG）の保有、または入社後1年以内の取得意欲があること
大卒以上の学歴
多国籍企業でのロジスティクス業務経験が3年以上あること
高いコミュニケーション能力
日本語がネイティブレベルであり、日本国内企業での勤務経験があること
歓迎条件：
ライフサイエンス業界でのロジスティクス経験
海外拠点との業務において英語を使用した経験
中国語ができる方は尚可
