Key Responsibilities
Participate in concept studies to understand requirements and relevant regulations.
Assist team members in engaging with concept studies.
Lead the development of test scenarios up to the Final Design Gate (FDG).
Oversee test execution following the FDG.
Provide guidance to junior verification engineers during test execution.
Manage and compile test reports.
Contribute to the Lessons Learned process.
Drive the creation of new testing methodologies.
Lead the development of new testing processes.
Support junior engineers in the Lessons Learned process.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with product lines and variant management.
Proficiency in implementation tools, processes, and programming languages.
Ability to train junior engineers in tools and processes.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of product offerings and associated constraints.
Knowledge of automotive standards and regulatory requirements.
Experience in developing design standards (e.g., DEM).
Proven ability to lead engineering activities across projects.
Technical expertise in ECU systems, including diagnostic protocols and data bus communication.
Understanding of end-user functionalities.
Knowledge of electrical/electronic architecture, including ECUs and LIN nodes.
Familiarity with software delivery processes from development to end-user (e.g., UDTO and AMT).
Capability to mentor junior engineers in tools and processes.
