【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
This person will be overseeing product and brand marketing activities and will directly work with the brand director.
Formulate and execute product strategy and sales plan according to the Japanese market (short, medium and long term)
Sales promotion planning, execution, and management
Track and analyze sales and trends and verify PR
Work along with supply chain to create forecasts on products and adjust inventory
Planning and implementation of store VMD
Creation and implementation of displays for various events
Ordering and inventory management of store fixtures
PR, media planning and implementation
Coordinate with internal departments and external agents
Team management
【REQUIREMENTS】
Over 5 years of experience in marketing related work
* Experience in cosmetics, apparel, luxury brands, a plus
* Experience in retail business, a plus
* Experience in business around EC, Digital, a plus
Business level English
Ability to work as a team
Great communication skills to build relationships with related departments
Work flexibly with a sense of urgency
Flexible and positive minded individual who is willing to take on new tasks
Team management experience

【応募資格・条件】
マーケティング関連の仕事における5年以上の経験
化粧品、アパレル、高級ブランドで働いたことのある方優遇
リテールビジネス経験者優遇
EC、デジタル周辺のビジネスの経験者優遇
ビジネスレベルの英語
チームとして働く能力
優れたコミュニケーションスキル
スピード感を持って、業務に取り組ける方
