Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans for each target account, proactively generate leads, and pursue sales objectives with determination.

  • Leverage internal resources to plan and execute sales initiatives and account acquisition strategies.

  • Maintain active engagement with assigned accounts to deliver a range of solutions and services.

  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts through collaboration with internal teams, distribution partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct and deliver sales presentations to both prospective and existing clients, in person and virtually.

  • Collaborate with corporate sales teams to enhance understanding and coverage of key accounts.

  • Identify and respond to customer needs to improve service and meet evolving account requirements.

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet defined targets.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales opportunity data within the CRM system.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned, based on business needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, industrial disciplines, or technology-related fields.

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the industrial sector.

  • Familiarity with PLC/control systems and experience working with OEMs, system integrators, engineering firms, or contractors is advantageous.

  • Knowledge of factory automation (FA) products is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong professional communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with ERP and/or CRM platforms; SAP experience is preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week as required by the role.
