Primary Responsibilities
Develop strategic plans for each target account, proactively generate leads, and pursue sales objectives with determination.
Leverage internal resources to plan and execute sales initiatives and account acquisition strategies.
Maintain active engagement with assigned accounts to deliver a range of solutions and services.
Strengthen relationships with key accounts through collaboration with internal teams, distribution partners, and other stakeholders.
Conduct and deliver sales presentations to both prospective and existing clients, in person and virtually.
Collaborate with corporate sales teams to enhance understanding and coverage of key accounts.
Identify and respond to customer needs to improve service and meet evolving account requirements.
Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet defined targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales opportunity data within the CRM system.
Perform additional duties as assigned, based on business needs.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, industrial disciplines, or technology-related fields.
3–5 years of proven sales experience in the industrial sector.
Familiarity with PLC/control systems and experience working with OEMs, system integrators, engineering firms, or contractors is advantageous.
Knowledge of factory automation (FA) products is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong professional communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with ERP and/or CRM platforms; SAP experience is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week as required by the role.
