Position Summary
This role is for an experienced and motivated professional to join asOperations & Business Development Manager, working closely with the Managing Director. The position is intended for someone who can grow into a key leadership role, gradually taking on core operational and management responsibilities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day office and showroom operations, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and production teams.

  • Account & Client Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with key domestic and international wholesale clients; assist in deal negotiation and execution.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to implement business goals, improve workflows, and identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Exhibitions & Trade Shows: Oversee preparation and operations for major trade events (e.g., in Hong Kong and Japan), including booth setup, client meetings, and follow-up activities.

  • Inventory & Product Oversight: Supervise product inventory and data accuracy across systems to ensure timely availability and coordination.

  • Administrative & Financial Support: Manage export documentation, invoicing, and reporting processes in coordination with accounting and logistics partners.

  • Team & Process Development: Contribute to building efficient internal systems (CRM, sales tracking, customer service) and support continuous improvement across the organization.

Candidate Profile

  • Native-level English proficiency; Japanese language skills are a strong plus.

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, account management, or international trade — ideally within luxury goods, exports, or similar fields.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable, with strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of building trust and assuming greater responsibility over time.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com), and Excel/Sheets.

  • No prior experience with pearls is necessary — a passion for learning and a professional attitude are key.
