Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute large-scale offline events to increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Plan and host online webinars for prospective and existing clients.
Develop event concepts, select venues, and coordinate logistics.
Manage communication and negotiation with co-organizers and partners.
Oversee event operations, including instructions and coordination on the day of the event.
Required Qualifications
Experience organizing B2B events or webinars.
Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in advertising operations.
Experience in digital marketing.
