【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
As a Plant Manager you will play a key role in leadership and growing the company in Japan, as well as liaising with related teams domestically and internationally
Planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing of products
Team and plant management
Oversight of engineering, maintenance and facilities
Maintain production within company guidelines

【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, logistics, or related fields
Experience working in manufacturing sites
High understanding and experience in lean manufacturing
Fluent in English and Japanese (both speaking and writing)
Ability to notice problems and resolve them accordingly
