Project Management:

  • Oversee and manage strategic projects, providing regular updates to the Steering Committee.

  • Manage performance indicators, budgets, timelines, and key milestones.

  • Identify obstacles in project execution and proactively work with work package leaders, project owners, and supporters to implement solutions.

  • Establish frameworks for project control and governance.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives and stakeholders to support decision-making.

  • Operate and manage project steering committees.

  • Support procurement processes and systems related to strategic projects, enabling efficient and proactive purchasing activities.

  • Ensure 100% compliance with established processes and systems.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning resources and efforts across departments.

  • Serve as a critical liaison between executive leadership and project teams.

Risk Management & Mitigation:

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

  • Translate risk strategies into actionable steps for project execution.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze project outcomes to improve future strategic project planning.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and innovation.

M&A Projects, Carve-outs, and Synergy Work Packages:

  • Lead purchasing sub-work packages within various business units.

  • Develop and implement actionable plans to achieve synergy targets.

Talent Management:

  • Oversee organizational management, training, and growth support initiatives.
