Manage product repairs and product care services
Share knowledge and information related to product care and other related topics with other teams
Manage and supervise of outsourced repairers
Manage internal and customer correspondence related to product care
Execute projects in accordance with HQ guidelines
【REQUIREMENTS】
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in after-sales or luxury industry
Management skills
Excellent communication skills
Inventory control experience, preferred
Fluent level Japanese and business level English
