A Global manufacturer of specialty pharmaceuticals, generic drugs and imaging agents. Currently expanding business operations in Japan with the launch of an exciting product in 2021.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a pre/post launch plan for new products launch in Japan. This will include all tactical initiatives (pricing negotiations, market access & label expansions). Role will interact with cross functional groups across the organization - sales, clinical, training, legal, regulatory, technical service and manufacturing.
Due to the high priority of this work, the role will have interactions with senior management and will be highly visible across the organization.
Develops strong marketing programs/initiatives based on strategic goals.
Lead the team
Utilise market research resources
Understand the needs of patients and HCPs.
Partners with senior management including Marketing director and Sales director.
5+ years related experience in pharmaceutical product marketing
New product launch experience
Leadership skills as well as being comfortable working in a team
Fluency in English communications in a must (TOEIC minimum 800)
3 years in specialty marketing (preferred)
Sales experience a plus
Experienced in haematology, immunology & transplants
