【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Execution of golf club assembly for custom made and stock by the company's specified manufacturing method and specification at the company's own facility including the facility management
- Management and utilization of resource in the department by the most efficient and productive way for the best assembly and its productivity
- Management and negotiation with a manufacturing contractor for execution of the most efficient and productive golf club assembly
- Execution of operative production plan along to the annual/monthly sales plan considering seasonal change by new product launch and off season period. The production plan should be level loaded for monthly standardization and consistency from the best productivity perspective with inclusion of plan and actual management
- Maintain a lead-time that has been set for delivery but seeks for an opportunity to reduce lead-time by increase efficiency in production and process
- Sharing and reporting the information of the department regularly/irregular within the TaylorMade Golf Group by e-mail, call, online conference including domestic/overseas business trips
- Understand manufacturing costs, seek for an opportunity to reduce manufacturing costs and CPU assembly by improving productivity and efficiency
- In charge quality control on assembled golf clubs as well as imported finished goods. (Comply to company's standards, specifications and regulations.)
- Make report daily, weekly, and monthly along to requirements regularly/irregularly. (It includes KPI report and its evaluation)
- In charge of other custom / personalization work other than golf clubs such as logo ball, engraving, embroidery on soft goods)
- In charge of execution for business proposal, process verification, contract, negotiation with other for other custom / personalization works
- In charge of golf club repair work by complying to company's standards, specifications and regulations

【REQUIREMENTS】
- Factory management (more than 5 years of experience as a manager including process, labor, quality, production,technology, cost, health and safety)
- Problem-solving and improvement skills (ability to approach and operate using theoretical and practical methods such as theTOYOTA production system including
- Communication skills (able to communicate internally / externally in Japanese and English regardless of job title or level oforganization) Business English (frequently used in current business such as telephone, email, meetings, online meetings), TOEIC 700
- Understanding of operator's safety and health in facility management including related laws, regulations and company regulations for factory management and operation.
- High goal achievement and performance orientation.
- Quantitative expression. (Ability to use KPI for goal setting, evaluate the progress and results as well as understand current status and measure improvement)
- Problem recognition and implementation of solution. (ability to search and analyze the root of cause, and implement countermeasures for solution)
- Improvement skills (ability for cost reduction, work efficiency, situation analysis for service improvement, task setting, execution)
