【THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 】
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope and budget
- Create timelines, budgets and plans for a given project
- Conduct performance reviews of team members and training if needed
- Work closely with clients to understand business context and create proposals / requirements
- Implement process improvements
【REQUIREMENTS 】
- At least 3 years' experience as Project Manager in application or software development
- Strong experience in cloud implementation projects
- Background in hands on development
- Scrum / Agile methodologies experience.
- PMP / CSM or other equivalent certification
