As part of the Project Management team, your responsibilities include:

  • Support for new account introduction, training, project progress management until launch

  • Operational support and providing best practices for existing accounts

  • With the guidance from team members, you will support with technical solutions for the service as requested by sales team or clients

  • Creation and translation of technical materials, manuals, etc.


  • 新規アカウントの導入支援やトレーニング、ローンチまでのプロジェクト進行管理

  • 既存アカウントの運用サポート、ベストプラクティス

  • 在籍中のメンバーの指導のもと、営業担当からの要請に基づいた自社サービスの技術面の対応

  • 技術資料、マニュアルなどの作成、翻訳



  • Previous experience in positions such as: Project Coordinator, Customer Success, Customer Support, Web application development)

  • Basic knowledge in any coding language (for example, even light experience in HTML is OK)

  • Some communication skills in English

  • Ability to solve problems (even if thinking of creative ways), self-motivation

  • Fluent Japanese (speaking, writing, reading)


  • Customer Success、技術サポート経験(Web、アプリ、プラットフォームなど) 

  • HTMLなど簡単な言語でのコーディング(軽度な経験でもOK)

  • 英語力(台湾本社の開発チームと日常的にやり取り。参考:TOEIC750程度~)



  • Strong interest in cosmetics or fashion

  • Communication skills in Chinese

  • Experience working in a start-up
