【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Lead MES software implementation projects for pharmaceutical clients both domestically and internationally.
Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Act as the primary liaison for Japanese clients, maintaining strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners, offering technical leadership and managing resources.
Conduct regular meetings, including team check-ins, steering committees, and status updates, while delivering consistent project reports.
Ensure thorough project documentation and contribute to continuous process optimization.
Support business development by presenting project proposals and estimates to prospective clients.
Guide and support junior team members, promoting collaboration and team performance.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; a Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience leading software projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle and its impact on business outcomes.
Proficient in managing risks, resolving conflicts, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
Bilingual in Japanese and English, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
Highly analytical, self-driven, and able to work autonomously.
Project management certifications such as PMP or IPMA are advantageous.
