Overview / 概要
This role is responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities within a luxury hospitality environment. The Purchasing Manager ensures that all departments have timely and appropriate supplies while maintaining cost control and adherence to internal procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities / 主な職務内容

Provide strong leadership to the purchasing team, communicating a clear vision to ensure alignment with the company’s values.

Supervise daily operations of the purchasing function, ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures.

Maintain and analyze records of all procurement-related expenditures.
購買に関する支出記録の維持・分析を行います。 -
Develop and manage relationships with vendors, including negotiation and contract administration.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate ordering and delivery.
社内の各部門と連携して、注文および納品の正確さと迅速さを確保します。 -
Generate monthly spending reports and budget forecasts.
月次支出報告と予算予測の作成を行います。 -
Lead initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and adapt to market trends.
調達効率を改善し、市場動向に対応するための取り組みを主導します。 -
Uphold a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Requirements / 求める条件

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, ideally with specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics.
ビジネスマネジメント、サプライチェーン、またはロジスティクス関連分野の学士号。 -
At least two years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role within a hospitality setting.
ホスピタリティ業界での購買関連業務の実務経験が2年以上ある方。 -
Strong computing skills, including MS Office; experience with procurement systems is a plus.
Microsoft OfficeなどのITスキルに優れ、調達システムの経験があれば尚可。 -
Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented and guest-focused mindset.
優れた対人能力を持ち、チームプレイヤーであり、ゲスト重視の姿勢があること。 -
Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are advantageous.
英語での高いコミュニケーション能力。日本語力があれば尚可。 -
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership capabilities.

This position requires flexibility to support business needs across different shifts and days of the week, as the hospitality industry operates 24/7.
