Position: Recruitment Specialist (Human Resources Division)

About the Role
Join our dynamic HR team of 9 professionals (from Director to Staff level) and play a key role in driving recruitment initiatives across multiple functions. This position offers clear career growth potential, including promotion opportunities to Recruitment Manager, and the chance to shape our talent acquisition strategies.

What You’ll Do
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and contribute to continuous improvements in hiring operations. Your tasks may expand based on your skills and interests, including:

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

    • Partner with recruitment agencies and maintain strong relationships

    • Manage employee referral programs and recruitment marketing via web ads and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, X)

    • Plan and execute participation in job fairs and company events

  • Candidate Management

    • Screen resumes from various channels (agencies, direct applications, referrals)

    • Coordinate interviews and assign interviewers

    • Conduct interviews and provide candidate evaluations

    • Prepare offer letters and support candidates through the acceptance and onboarding process

  • Data & Process Management

    • Maintain accurate recruitment data

    • Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English (目安 TOEIC 700+)

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • 5+ years’ experience in high-volume or multi-role recruitment

  • Background in recruitment agencies (consultant or sales) highly valued

  • Expertise in any stage of the hiring process (sourcing, interviewing, closing)

  • Strong multitasking ability, ownership, and a collaborative mindset
