Position Overview
The Recruitment Manager will oversee talent acquisition activities for both mid-career and new graduate positions in Japan. This role plays a key part in shaping the company’s hiring strategy and ensuring the recruitment process aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a range of positions, including mid-career and new graduate roles.
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
Implement and enhance recruitment initiatives to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
Contribute to employer branding efforts to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Ideal Candidate Profile
At least 2–3 years of experience managing recruitment, including both mid-career and new graduate hiring.
Background in the hospitality sector, particularly in hotel operations, is preferred.
Proactive, open-minded, and eager to take on new initiatives and projects.
Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.
Employment Requirements
Applicants must already hold a valid visa in Japan that permits full-time employment (e.g., Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services).
Compensation and Benefits
Overtime Pay: Provided based on actual hours worked.
Bonus: Performance-based, determined by both company and individual results.
Transportation Allowance: Up to JPY 30,000 per month for commuting costs.
Annual Salary Review: Merit-based salary adjustments conducted once per year.
