Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Yokohama and focuses on leading regional marketing efforts across Asia. The position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement. Core duties include managing integrated campaigns, working closely with global and local stakeholders, planning and supporting events, and maintaining consistent brand messaging. The role also requires monitoring market trends and performance data to refine initiatives and collaborating with partners to enhance regional brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and brand building

  • Background in event coordination, partnerships, and promotional activities

  • Strong analytical capability to evaluate market dynamics, consumer insights, and campaign results

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms

  • Business-level fluency in both English and Japanese; additional languages are an asset

  • Highly motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities

  • Experience within the outdoor, sports, or lifestyle sector is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
