Role Overview
A hospitality group is seeking a Cluster Reservation Manager to oversee reservation operations and manage online travel agency (OTA) channels for a portfolio of approximately 15–20 hotels and resorts across Japan, totaling around 260 rooms. This role is responsible for optimizing booking processes, managing inventory and pricing strategies, and improving overall reservation performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all reservation-related operations across multiple properties
Develop and execute strategies for OTA channels and direct booking platforms
Set room rates and manage inventory based on demand forecasts and market trends
Prepare and update revenue forecasts regularly
Monitor key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy rates
Provide training and operational support to front office teams at each resort
Enhance the customer booking experience and service quality
Create revenue analysis reports and present insights and recommendations to management
Assist the call center team with system data entry and updates
Lead system integration and cross-functional collaboration initiatives
Organize and facilitate regular meetings with internal teams
Strengthen coordination across departments to ensure smooth operations
