Role Overview:
The supervisor will oversee multiple retail locations, ensuring operational excellence and achievement of sales and profit goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and guide store operations to meet budget and sales targets.
Conduct regular store visits to support and coach staff and store managers.
Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to implement sales strategies.
Responsible for managing 6–12 official or outlet stores (subject to change).
Approximately 70% of working hours will involve domestic travel, including around 6 business trips per month.
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years as a store manager in a specialty store or brand retail business.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or area manager role in a similar format.
University degree preferred.
Conversational English proficiency preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
Expertise in boosting store sales performance.
Strong understanding of visual merchandising.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Coaching and time management skills.
Proficiency in basic PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
