Key Responsibilities
Independently manage material master data to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and minimize business impact caused by delays or data inaccuracies
Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to identify, resolve, and prevent material master data issues
Coordinate with master data and operations teams to register local attributes within SAP material master records
Work closely with global pricing teams to ensure accurate and timely registration of pricing data in SAP purchase information records
Partner with supply chain and operations teams to create material master and purchase information records for spot orders
Participate in master data–related projects and continuous improvement initiatives to establish sustainable, accurate, and scalable processes
Act as a key user for material master functions, including RFC creation, SAP releases, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
Maintain and continuously improve operational manuals to support consistent and reliable master data execution
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Advanced proficiency in SAP with strong functional knowledge
Hands-on experience managing and analyzing data using SAP, Excel, Access, and business intelligence tools
Foundational understanding of supply chain management processes
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience working in an international or cross-cultural environment
Demonstrated alignment with core values such as ownership, collaboration, integrity, innovation, courage, and respect
Fluent in Japanese
Intermediate proficiency in English
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
