Increase customer satisfaction through prompt and professional product support, advice and troubleshooting and build relationships with users.
Maintain relationships with key customers, KOL's and support activities
Examine market trends, customer needs, work closely with the sales team and develop product promotion
Establishing relationships with key customers/networks/opinion leaders and facilitating support activities such as product demonstrations, evaluations and validations that lead to business.
Establish promotional strategies to target customers
At least 2 years' experience in customer technical support and sales operations.
