Key Responsibilities
Establishing and Managing Inside Sales
- Develop and optimize the Inside Sales function by leveraging customer databases, external promoters, and sales teams to identify and convert leads.
- Support lead generation and conversion efforts, guiding prospects from initial engagement to deal closure.
- Utilize events and customer networks to generate and nurture leads, boosting customer acquisition.
- Ensure that Inside Sales aligns with broader sales strategies and actively contributes to business growth.
- Monitor and evaluate sales pipelines, providing insights to improve lead generation and conversion efforts.
Sales Optimization Through Networking and Events
- Maximize sales potential by utilizing customer events and networking opportunities to generate qualified leads.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to effectively leverage key customer networks.
- Create strategies for outreach via events, webinars, and engagement activities to capture short- and long-term sales opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers for a tailored and efficient sales process.
Connected Offers and Digital Integration
- Design connected offers that integrate products and digital solutions to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
- Collaborate with product and digital teams to develop value-driven, integrated solutions for better customer engagement.
- Use digital tools to automate and streamline sales processes, improving the customer journey from lead to purchase.
Business Process Management
- Analyze and optimize internal processes across sales, marketing, forecasting, and production functions.
- Implement digital tools, including CRM systems and automation technologies, to increase operational efficiency.
- Continuously assess workflows and suggest improvements to enhance team productivity.
- Ensure that processes align with organizational objectives and customer expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
- Engage external partners, such as promoters and regional sales teams, to maintain consistency on sales goals.
- Promote a collaborative culture of continuous improvement to support shared sales and marketing goals.
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
• Education: University degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Language: Professional level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in consulting, sales, inside sales, or business process management, preferably with experience in the digital or B2B sector.
• Skills and Knowledge:
o Strong understanding of inside sales processes and lead generation strategies.
o Experience with CRM tools, customer databases, and digital sales platforms.
o Expertise in business process management and optimizing workflows through digital tools.
o Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners to drive sales success.
o Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve sales processes and performance.
