Position Overview
A luxury hospitality property in central Tokyo is seeking a motivated and performance-oriented Sales Executive to support catering and events sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to overall business growth. Candidates with prior experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar hotel sales role for at least one year will be given preference.
Core Competencies & Requirements
Native-level Japanese proficiency or valid authorization to work in Japan, with the ability to read and write Japanese fluently for professional communication with local clients
Proven business development skills, including sales visits, telemarketing, and direct client follow-up via phone and email
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and follow up effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong negotiation skills to maximize revenue opportunities
Leadership mindset with a sense of ownership, including the ability to support and develop junior team members
Hands-on experience using hotel sales systems such as Delphi, Opera, and Nexus

Experience
Minimum of one year of experience in hotel sales, preferably in catering or events-related roles
