【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Overall, you will play a key part in expanding the business as the Head of Sales, by managing current accounts and developing new ones (medical institutions).
- Business development activities 
- Develop new accounts 
- Market research (using outsourced research agencies) 
- Work closely with current customers to better understand their needs 
- Understand client issues and coordinate internally to help solve 
- Hit sales targets as team.

【REQUIREMENTS】
- Business level English (global teams) and at least Business level Japanese (local customers) 
- Self-starter mentality and one who enjoys a smaller company environment 
- Sales experience with price negotiation highly preferred (ideally to hospitals in Japan / “medical sales”) 
- Preferred: Interest (or experience) in new technology (AI, diagnostic imaging)
