Overall, you will play a key part in expanding the business as the Head of Sales, by managing current accounts and developing new ones (medical institutions).
Business development activities
Develop new accounts
Market research (using outsourced research agencies)
Work closely with current customers to better understand their needs
Understand client issues and coordinate internally to help solve
