Position: Sales (Corporate Field Sales)

This role is with a global technology distributor and solutions provider known for delivering innovative IT products and services. Role Purpose
You will join the direct sales team that engages closely with end customers. The objective is to propose IT solutions that address business issues and support customer growth. This position focuses on expanding new corporate accounts across Japan, while also maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct direct sales activities for corporate clients (approx. 80%) and work with reseller partners (approx. 20%)
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure achievement of business goals
Research client needs and develop new sales opportunities
Create proposals and quotations, deliver presentations, and handle contract negotiations
Maintain long-term business relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Focus on targeted industries such as data centers, cloud/managed services, healthcare, environment and energy, manufacturing, retail, and finance
Targets
Approx. 100M JPY half-year sales quota and 20M JPY margin target
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years in IT sales or 3+ years in IT vendor sales
Experience selling solutions such as servers, storage, or cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure preferred)
Experience in high-touch sales and developing business with prospective customers is desirable
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

目標値
半期売上100百万円、粗利20百万円を目標
応募資格
IT営業経験5年以上、またはITベンダー営業経験3年以上
サーバー、ストレージ、クラウド(M365、Azure)の営業経験者歓迎
新規開拓や高タッチ営業の経験がある方優遇
