Sales Representative – Key Accounts (Electrode & Electrolyzer Products)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join the Key Account Sales Office within the Electrode Commercial Division. In this role, you will manage both domestic and global client relationships, with a focus on major international companies in the chlor-alkali and hydrogen energy sectors—key contributors to our business. This is a strategic position offering responsibility for top-tier clients and involvement in a growing market driven by clean energy demand.
Main Responsibilities
Maintain and grow relationships with critical domestic and international clients
Lead commercial negotiations with procurement departments
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies
Travel domestically and internationally for business engagements (approx. 1–2 times per month)
Handle pricing, quotations, contracts, and order fulfillment
Oversee shipment coordination, import/export procedures, and SAP system entry

Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., chemistry, mechanical engineering)
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of relevant B2B sales or technical sales experience
Language Proficiency:
Japanese: Native level
English: Intermediate to business level (TOEIC 600+ or CEFR B1 equivalent)
Comfortable with international communication in meetings, documentation, and emails
Personal Attributes:
Organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow professionally
Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
Travel Willingness:
Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
Employment Terms
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Probation Period: 3 months
Working Hours:
Standard: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
Flex-time System:
- Core Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Flexible Start: 7:00–11:00 AM / End: 3:00–10:00 PMAverage Overtime: Approximately 20 hours/month
Remote Work: Available 2 days per week
Compensation & Benefits
Bonuses:
Paid three times annually
Fixed Bonus: Equivalent to 3 months of base salary (1.5 months in July and December)
Performance Bonus: Equivalent to 1.5 months of salary (paid the following March)
