Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions to support internal business operations and product growth.

Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to implement new features and system configurations aligned with business objectives.

Oversee the full Salesforce development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify and resolve operational challenges using Salesforce and related tools.

Enhance customer-facing portals and internal dashboards to improve user experience and efficiency.

Take ownership of projects from planning to delivery, ensuring system stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: JPY 5.5M–9.3M annually (negotiable based on experience and skills)
