To further strengthen internal systems supporting sales, billing, and customer operations, the organization is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to lead the design and optimization of its Salesforce platform. This role will be central to enabling business scalability and improving operational efficiency across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions to support internal business operations and product growth.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to implement new features and system configurations aligned with business objectives.

  • Oversee the full Salesforce development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify and resolve operational challenges using Salesforce and related tools.

  • Enhance customer-facing portals and internal dashboards to improve user experience and efficiency.

  • Take ownership of projects from planning to delivery, ensuring system stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Employment Details

  • Location: Tokyo headquarters (relocation planned within Tokyo in 2027); offices also in Nagoya and Osaka

  • Work Style: Hybrid model – combination of office and remote work (ratio varies by department)

  • Working Hours: 10:00–19:00 (1-hour break), flexible time system with core hours 11:00–15:00

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: JPY 5.5M–9.3M annually (negotiable based on experience and skills)

  • Annual bonus (typically two months’ base salary, performance-based)

  • Annual salary review (plus additional raises upon promotion)

  • English proficiency allowance (JPY 10,000–130,000/month)
