【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
SAP Program Manager
Organize programs and activities in agreement with the company’s mission and goals
Develop programs to support the strategic direction
Develop program budgets and operation plans
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Develop ways to assess program strength and identify areas for improvement
Ensure customer satisfaction and product quality and evaluate team performance
ERP Project Manager / ERP Solution Architect (SAP SD or PP)
Define and showcase localized capability to clients
Build client relationships and secure deals
Liaise with global pre-sales/delivery team to develop business proposal
Develop contracts with sales team
Project execution for accounts
【REQUIREMENTS】
SAP Program Manager
15-20 years of IT experience
5-10 years of SAP program management/delivery management experience
Experience in leading a variety of projects
Deep understanding of project P&L and financials concepts
Experience with onsite-offshore delivery model
Experience working with global customers, a plus
Business level English, native level Japanese
ERP Project Manager / ERP Solution Architect (SAP SD or PP)
Over 5 years of experience in project planning, execution and delivery on SAP implementation
Experience in offshore delivery management
Experience in project management
Experience in resource hiring
Experience in in SAP implementation or equivalent with other ERP solution
Business level English, native level Japanese

プロジェクトの損益と財務の概念に関する深い理解
オンサイト-オフショア配信モデルの経験
グローバルな顧客との仕事経験、望ましい
ビジネスレベルの英語およびネイティブレベルの日本語
ERP プロジェクトマネージャー/ ERP ソリューションアーキテクト (SAP SD またはPP)
SAP実装でのプロジェクトの計画、実行、提供における5年以上の経験
オフショア配送管理の経験
