Job Description

  • Demand forecast and procurement forecast for standard products and promotional products

  • Analysis of differences between sales and procurement forecasts and actual results

  • Control of surplus inventory

  • Coordination with related departments such as logistics, marketing, sales and finance

  • Communication with headquarters supply chain

  • Coordination with departments

  • Demand and purchase planning of permanent and promotional products

  • Variation analysis of the plan and the actual of sales and purchase

  • Control the excess inventory

  • Collaboration and communication with related departments including Logistics, Sales , Marketing, and Finance

  • Collaboration and communication with Supply Chain Management at the headquarter

Requirements

  • 2 years or more of work experience related to numerical data analysis

  • English and Japanese at business level or above

  • Excel skills at intermediate level or above

  • Accurate and quick paperwork ability

  • Experience with or strong interest in the retail industry or cosmetics industry

  • Experience in planning

  • Experience in the supply chain

  • Experience in SAP, BI (Business Intelligence) tools, Forecast tools

Mandatory

  • 2 years or more of data analysis related work experience

  • Business level English and Japanese

  • Intermediate Excel skill

  • Accurate and fast business processing skill

  • Interest in cosmetic business and our products

  • Experience in retail or cosmetics industry

  • Experience of planning

  • Experience in supply chain management related work

  • Experience with SAP, BI (Business Intelligence) tools, Forecast tool
