Role Summary
The SCM Specialist will be responsible for managing supply chain operations related to mass production of hardware products. This includes production planning, inventory control, logistics coordination, procurement, and vendor management. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute production plans for mass-produced products
Manage inventory and logistics to optimize the supply chain
Handle procurement and order placement
Monitor and manage delivery schedules
Oversee monthly purchasing processes and contract administration
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing for hardware products
Experience in inventory management and logistics
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in a technical industry
Strong attention to detail and task management skills
Effective leadership and communication abilities
Native-level proficiency in Japanese
Business-level proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of mechatronics product design and development
Chinese language skills for vendor communication
Experience sourcing robotic components
Prior experience working in a startup environment
Forklift operation license

主な業務内容
量産製品の生産計画の立案と実行
在庫管理および物流体制の最適化
購買・発注業務の管理
納期の調整と管理
月次処理や契約管理など購買関連の事務業務
必須要件
ハードウェア製品に関する調達・購買経験（2年以上）
在庫管理およびロジスティクスの実務経験
工学系の学士号、または技術系業界での同等の経験
細部への注意力と高いタスク管理能力
リーダーシップと優れたコミュニケーション能力
日本語：ネイティブレベル
英語：ビジネスレベル以上
