Role Summary
The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. This role is critical to sustaining growth and positioning the company as the top provider in the industry. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, hands-on experience in both online and offline marketing, and a strong understanding of performance-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of overall marketing strategies and initiatives
Evaluate existing marketing activities and introduce new approaches based on market trends
Analyze performance across channels and products, assess campaign effectiveness, and propose improvements
Oversee creative direction for all advertising materials, both digital and traditional
Develop and implement PR strategies, including content creation and media outreach
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in driving marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
Demonstrated success in managing KPIs tied to revenue, such as lead generation and sales growth
Experience in campaign performance analysis and schedule management
Strong background in creative direction for advertising
Experience in planning and executing PR initiatives (e.g., press releases, media events)
Business-level proficiency in English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B and B2C marketing
Marketing experience in foreign-affiliated companies targeting the Japanese market
Background in marketing within the real estate sector
