[RESPONSIBILITIES]

・Identify and anticipate client needs, and review requirements to propose optimal solutions
・Develop strategic proposals and presentations aligned with client goals
・Lead new initiatives from planning to implementation
・Manage and coordinate with internal teams (local and regional) and external partners
・Source and allocate necessary internal and external resources
・Support project management including scheduling, progress tracking, and issue resolution
・Assist with financial processes such as budgeting, invoicing, and cost control
・Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients
・Ensure quality control across all deliverables and maintain high standards
・Facilitate smooth communication among stakeholders and team members
・Escalate and resolve risks and issues appropriately
・Deepen client relationships and contribute to business growth through upselling and cross-selling


[REQUIREMENTS]

・5+ years of account management experience within advertising or SaaS industries
・Strong business acumen and consultative thinking
・Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
・Deep expertise in B2B and/or B2C marketing, CRM, database marketing, and both online/offline direct marketing 
・Strong understanding of integrated marketing and strategic planning 
・Experience in data analytics and translating insights into actionable strategies 
・Business-level English and Native Japanese, including presentation and negotiation skills 
・Proven ability to work across languages, cultures, and time zones 
・Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, especially bridging technical and non-technical teams 
・Highly structured, detail-oriented, and thorough approach to work 
・Proactive and anticipatory mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities 
・Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure 
・Independent, hands-on, and adaptable in diverse and dynamic environments
