【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable, general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP.
Prepare for JEs of overseas transactions, payroll related and accrued expenses, and conduct their remittances.
Review journal entries prepared by subordinates and make comments/postings.
Participate month-end and year-end closing process.
Prepare for annual tax filing.
Implement automation and process improvements to reduce redundancy.
Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets.
Ensure compliance with the law, and required external and internal controls.
Train and supervise other accounting staff.
【REQUIREMENTS】
4+ years of experience in general accounting or finance
Experience with popular accounting software
Proficient with Microsoft Excel package
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
Excellent team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization
Strong ability to create systems for operational efficiency
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize work
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting or Finance.
CPA or equivalent local certification and prior work experience in public accounting preferred.
Experience with cost accounting and stock valuation preferred.
Experience in data integration between accounting and operating systems preferred.
Experience in implementation of accounting application preferred.
Proactive attitude and self-starter.
Willing to change and leading to continuous improvement.
