【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Propose the data strategy of how to sample, handle, and utilize numerous data from the market, test vehicles and simulators to improve machine learning model performance efficiently
Design and improve the data pipelines and automation
Examine big-scale data and identify characteristics to raise technical solutions for machine learning and performances
Manage and lead data-related activities with the team and enhance team members' capability for data science
【REQUIREMENTS】
At least 5 years experience in data science or related field
At least 2 years experience in tech lead or management in data science or related field
Have a strong understanding of theoretical aspects of data science such as machine learning
Have a strong experience in writing software in Python for data science using SQL (or similar) databases and AWS services
Business level English skill
【WELCOME SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE】
Have Ph.D in Education or master’s degree in a related field
Experience with analyzing huge-scale database
Experience with development in perception-related technologies, camera image processing, computer vision etc
Experience with designing data annotation rules for machine learning
Previous experience working in the automotive industry (AD/ADAS field)
Business level in Japanese (especially with reading and listening)

【応募資格・条件】
データサイエンスまたは関連分野での5年以上の経験
データサイエンスまたは関連分野で2年以上の技術リーダーまたはマネジメントの経験
機械学習など、データサイエンスの理論的な側面への強い理解
SQL（または類似の）データベースとAWSサービスを使用したデータサイエンス用のソフトウェアをPythonで書いた経験が豊富な方
ビジネスレベルの英語力
【歓迎するスキル・経験】
教育学博士または関連分野の修士号取得者
巨大なデータベースの解析経験
知覚関連技術、カメラ画像処理、コンピュータビジョンなどでの開発経験
機械学習のためのデータアノテーションルール設計の経験
自動車業界（AD/ADAS分野）での業務経験
ビジネスレベル英語
