As a Senior Graphic Designer — and a future star — your task is to help conceptualise and execute stunning and creative designs based on given art direction. You’ll play a crucial supporting role in the creative process from ideation to visualisation and mock ups to executing final artwork during execution.
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Uphold and champion client brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Design creative assets for live events, social, and digital platforms — including key visuals, collateral, digital mockups, and set-build artwork.
- Partner with the production team to maintain design integrity through to final execution.
- Deliver flawless final artwork that meets production standards and is ready for production.
[REQUIREMENTS]
- 4–8 years of experience in events, advertising, or design industries.
- Excellent graphic design and artistic skills, supported by strong proficiency in image editing, illustration, layout design, and artwork production.
- Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; C4D or Blender knowledge is a plus.
- A collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn and create designs that truly resonate with audiences.
- Driven to deliver world-class visuals across brand experiences, campaigns, PR, and digital or live activations.
- Hands-on involvement in every stage of the creative process — from ideation to design to final execution.
- Passionate about art, design, culture, and current trends, with a keen eye on the creative and media industries.
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in Japanese; conversational in English.
- Based in Tokyo.
