Assist the field teams and analyze and communicate feedback
Analyze patterns and update product strategies and roadmap
Bridge between the field teams and other internal teams
Identify potential risks and come up with mitigation plans

Fluent level Japanese and English
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage key stakeholders
Strong background in technology
