【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Trace and debug applications.
Monitor and dispatch issues to our development.
Configure the software.
Setup or program custom reports.
Create custom scripts using our self-developed scripting language.
Perform database configurations via SQL.
Guiding our colleagues and clients regarding our different software products.
【REQUIREMENTS】
3+ years of working experience or education in the field of IT.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Japanese.
Customer Service experience.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Good understanding of Windows server architecture.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Server OS, Network technologies, Security.
Prove a hands-on mentality and independent working style, be highly motivated to take up responsibility and to complete assignments in a timely manner.
【GOOD TO HAVE】
Experience in Visual Studio, Flex/C1 Report Design, XML.
Experience in troubleshooting web applications.
Experience in the field of Intellectual Property.
