  • Trace and debug applications.

  • Monitor and dispatch issues to our development.

  • Configure the software. 

  • Setup or program custom reports.

  • Create custom scripts using our self-developed scripting language.

  • Perform database configurations via SQL.

  • Guiding our colleagues and clients regarding our different software products.



  • 3+ years of working experience or education in the field of IT.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Japanese.

  • Customer Service experience.

  • Good knowledge of SQL.

  • Good understanding of Windows server architecture.

  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Server OS, Network technologies, Security.

  • Prove a hands-on mentality and independent working style, be highly motivated to take up responsibility and to complete assignments in a timely manner. 



  • Experience in Visual Studio, Flex/C1 Report Design, XML.

  • Experience in troubleshooting web applications.

  • Experience in the field of Intellectual Property.
