Role Impact

As the Japan Field Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Drive pipeline creation and acceleration in the Japan market

  • Lead major corporate events and high-impact marketing programs

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute strategic field marketing plans for Japan

  • Align with APAC marketing on broader GTM strategies and campaigns

  • Partner with sales and alliances to build targeted campaigns

  • Generate new pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities

Event Management & Lead Generation
  • Plan and deliver both online and in-person events

  • Execute large-scale corporate events (e.g., 1,000+ attendee roadshows)

  • Drive lead generation and strengthen the sales pipeline

  • Support customer engagement through community events

  • Collaborate with Product, Digital, and Content Marketing teams on GTM strategy

What You Will Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Regional or Field Marketing Manager

  • Experience organizing local and regional events in Japan

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred)

  • Fluent Japanese and strong business-level English

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable representing the company at tradeshow booths

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and action-oriented

  • Creative thinker and strong communicator
